Featuring a sample from the ultra-rare Bermudian obscure disco track PARADISE’s “Sizzlin’ Hot” (1981)! A dangerous disco edit that also draws you in with its striking label, which features Virgo’s Shaka and Phoenix Ikki from the Golden Saints arc. For the B-side, we’ve chosen the romantic, smoky disco-soul masterpiece “True Love Is My Destiny” (1978) by James Wells.
Following *Evangelion* and *Berserk*, here’s the third entry: *Saint Seiya*. The A-side features the mega-rare disco track “Sizzlin’ Hot” by PARADISE—which, despite being reissued in 2016, is still extremely hard to find—and is tailored for DJ use with a beefed-up bassline and just the right amount of cut-ups and loops to get the dance floor moving. The B-side is an excellent pick: “True Love Is My Destiny” by James Wells, a disco-soul track produced by the legendary Ian Levine, whose Hi-NRG production work is particularly memorable.
