Released in 1992 under the name MAURIZIO, this track preceded the BASIC CHANNEL series. It features an acid-tinged hard track (STRATEGIC Mix) and a deep track titled “Eleye,” with “Ploy (UR Mix)” on the B-side . The following year, it was re-released on the label 〈WAU! Mr. Modo Recordings〉—run by ALEX PATERSON and KILLING JOKE’s YOUTH—with an additional remix by THE ORB. Included in numerous DJ mixes, this historically significant work took the techno party and rave scenes by storm.
