The “Slow Soul Flow EP” by the US Boot Spirit Shoes Edit Crew reimagines classics by soul legends of yesteryear in all sorts of ways.
From 〈Shoes Recording〉—which burst onto the scene with MOODYMANN’s re-edit homage “Shoes Of Jae” and has since churned out numerous re-edits targeting legendary figures in the world of black music—comes a five-track compilation. This bootleg-style release takes mellow, soulful classics—overflowing with heart-wrenching melancholy and romance—and stretches them out in a raw, rugged way, leaving you wondering if they’re even drooling over them! Check out the tracklist for details.
