The debut release from STEREOTONE, a new house label from the music city of Glasgow. Alongside label head WHEELMAN, it features a lineup of buzzworthy new-generation artists: BLEAKER, who debuted on 〈UNKNOWN TO THE UNKNOWN〉, BIG MIZ, who releases on 〈DIXON AVENUE BASEMENT JAMS〉, and THE BURRELL CONNECTION, who releases on 〈WEST END COMMUNICATIONS〉. The jazzy track with its almost Japanese-sounding(?) chorus work is great, and "Air Dry" by MIZ (Big Miz's alias), with its Middle Eastern exotica and acid touches, is superb as well. WHEELMAN's raw "Queen Street (G1)" became a quiet favorite, picked up by BIG MIZ in his DJ mixes. (Original Japanese text by Saito)
