Even among Kansai's electronic music artists, this guy strikes us as a truly singular, one-of-a-kind talent. Within the rough-hewn, junky sound lies an off-kilter sensibility and real brilliance — the trajectory of the sound is exquisitely fun. It's no surprise he resonated with WOODMAN; that's how unique he is. Aphex Twin in the lo-fi era!
