The undisputed highlight is A1 "Glasspops" (sample1), the album's only rhythm track — recorded in a Hamburg air-raid shelter and five years in the making, an 11-minute-plus vintage rhythm machine psychedelic progressive techno epic. Following the previous album, which featured Thom Yorke, Bibio, Linda Perhacs and Beans, this one delivers a collaboration with the legendary cult master of 1980s radio art, Gregory Whitehead: B1 "Come Let Us Feat. Gregory Whitehead" (sample2)! And there's more, including B3 "S.O.S. Feat. The Space Lady" (sample3), featuring the hidden treasure of Colorado psych, The Space Lady. Across all eight tracks, grand soundscapes are carefully woven, as if deepening and further pursuing the sound of his solo debut "Under The Sun." The artwork by Jonathan Zawada is superb too.
