It features a dirty bass synth and rough breakbeats, an incredibly emotional melody that kicks in midway through, and sound design further enhanced by acid lines and strings. Tracks like “Iridescent” (sample 2), which incorporates scientific-sounding synthesizers, are a bit pricey, but the raw, unpolished quality of the breakbeats—which form the backbone of the album—is perfectly suited to vinyl and actually adds depth to the sound.
