[Restocked] dj.Blackoly's first vinyl release since 2017's "BFS." It opens with "Nocturnal Flower," a dubby, sonically fervent cut that breathes soul into the floor. 1981年生まれ。 1999年よりDj Shibakiとして池袋マダムカラスよりキャリアをスタートする。同時期トライトンを使って楽曲制作もスタートしアブストラクトhiphopに強い影響を受け機材をMPC2000XLに変えて制作を続けていく。インストゥルメンタルにこだわりダブ、ジャズ、エレクトロニカを吸収しながら自主レーベルbuki recordsを立ち上げ12インチ「DOCUMENT」、CDアルバム「武器」「Normal Condition」またMIXCDを3枚リリースしていく。
後にデトロイトテクノの音に出会い作る楽曲もテクノ、ハウスに変わっていく。
名義をBlackolyに変えMPC一台での制作に拘りyygrecよりリリースを重ね現在新たにエイブルトンを導入しMPCと掛け合わせ今作「MELT」を完成させる。

dj.Blackoly, who has been active out of 〈YYGREC〉, a label run by a collective of artists who came together at "shirokuma," a small dope music place in Yoyogi, has revived his own imprint BUKI RECORDS—the starting point of his hip-hop days—for this new release! The vinyl features four originals plus a remix by YO.AN (HOLE AND HOLLAND) featuring guidance from a Jamaican old sprite, along with an INNER SCIENCE remix: a superb sound that shows just how rich Japan's party music and party culture have become.
