We've stocked "Sirens," an electro-acoustic/drone work inspired by the birth of his first child and the critical condition the newborn faced! Dub sirens, fog-shrouded sonics that blur the edges of horns, and deeply submerged bass. From "Too Much," where a heartbeat crawls beneath oppressive modular tones, to "Loss Of Consciousness," where beautiful keys tremble on the far side of white noise, the tension of that situation and the force of life itself are given sonic form. Not just the sleeve — the poignant feeling conveyed by each and every track title is genuinely striking. Cut by POLE. (Original Japanese text by Akie)
