SOMETHING ABOUT - Cat No: SOMETHING ABOUT LTD CDR 005

A fantastical sci-fi world built on a foundation of avant-jazz, blending ethnic music, kosmische Musik, electronic soundscapes, and film soundtracks. The dramatic shifts in the narrative, all while maintaining a decadent mood, leave you with the same sense of fulfillment as watching a full-length movie. COMPUMA’s brand-new, exclusively recorded mix “beyond” has arrived! 65 minutes of imagination brought to life as a narrative.
Science fiction’s cosmic imagination, space avant-jazz and a flood of psychedelic exotic sound images.

A fictional soundtrack created from inspiration drawn from sci-fi movies and novels, combined with a collection built up over many years of work. It weaves together a variety of genres as if telling a story, while blending the spirits of jazz and sci-fi. A psychedelic soundscape where the line between organic, live sounds and electronic sounds becomes blurred. Mastering was handled by our trusted collaborator, hacchi! Please experience this mix, born from a love of science fiction, wild imagination, and deep artistic vision. (Original Japanese text by Akie)
