Issued last year on cassette only as far as physical formats went, this EP finally gets a vinyl pressing. Six songs weaving together golden-age alt-rock, Britpop, trip-hop, and electronica in beautiful balance — from "bedside" (sample_1), a Catherine Wheel-evoking cut that would hit you right in the heart if it came on the radio unexpectedly, to the crystalline, dreamy "lorica" (sample_3).
