With a live show in Osaka just around the corner, here's a collaborative album between Inoyama Land, legends of Japanese ambient music, and Passepartout Duo, the Italian pair who play the electromagnetic-field-driven polysynth Chromaplane alongside percussion. LP on Tonal Union.

"Radio Yugawara" was recorded in 2023 in Yugawara, the hometown of Inoyama Land's Makoto Inoue. It was built from improvised recordings made by blending the Chromaplane with handbells, glockenspiel, xylophone, recorder, melodica and other children's instruments, exploring electronic and acoustic sound as well as the mixture of the two.
