A new 12-inch from Barcelona-based ANIANO, who has also released on TRESYDOS (helmed by DJ MARI.TE) and LESCALE! "No Me Dejo Engañar feat. Rub Db" (sample1) sends a dubby bassline running through a subspace of noisy acid synth refrains. Add the mellow, deep-leaning tech house of "Did You Want This?" (sample2) and "Futuristic Residential Area" (sample3), a handle-with-care slab of breakbeat/machine funk with jazz-influenced, broken rhythms — inventive sound design throughout.
