"The Battle Of The Locust" (sample1) is avant-garde minimal electro built on tight, pared-down drums that build slowly before eerie, phantasmal synth phrases slip in midway. Also included: "In A Box" (sample2), with its complex, tricky layered rhythms, and "Violence Of Positivity" (sample3), an unexpected mid-tempo 4/4 cut warped by obsessively detuned synths.
