A 7-inch single cut from Incense Music for Dining Room, the third installment in the "Incense Music" compilation series — selected and supervised by Toru Hashimoto, with artwork by Jiro Fujita and mastering by Calm, one of Japan's top artists in the scene bridging jazz, chill-out and Balearic sounds! The definitive 7-inch of mellow beats: chill-out ambient jazz fragrant with Spanish flamenco classicism.

Coupling two fine cover versions of the Miles Davis classic "Flamenco Sketches" by Nobuyuki Nakajima, a composer/pianist active across a wide range of fields — film scores, jazz, pop, advertising music, classical and more — now based in Paris and known worldwide.
Side A features a brand-new remix built by DJ Mitsu the Beats from "Flamenco Sketches" specially for the compilation, a DJ-friendly reconstruction that adds beats to Nakajima's original: "Flamenco Sketches (DJ Mitsu the Beats Remix)" (sample1). Side B carries Nobuyuki Nakajima's original version (sample2), produced to acclaim for Sunset Chillout Breeze, the 2024 Toru Hashimoto–selected compilation themed around twilight chill-out.
