Against the backdrop of an increasingly acute local political and economic crisis, A1 "Lost Angels" (sample1) is low-slung machine techno filled with a slithering, eerie atmosphere; "Electribe 007" (sample2) delivers wildly up-and-down machine sound sure to hit home with fans of rave-industrial electro; and "Left 4 Dead" (sample3) pairs noisy, hypnotic vocal samples with grime-inflected hip-techno.
