A new release from MAR DE NOVO, an artist whose details remain unknown, who also dropped a solo record last year. From "Paraggi" (sample1), which adds laid-back boogie funkiness to lounge mood music, to "Progression" (sample2), which converts new wave disco into a modern minimal machine groove, and "Get A Way," layering acid lines over rustic '80s Euro disco — all six tracks have fierce personality.
