Lost in Music: Post Industrial Dreamscape is a film by British artist Jermaine Francis, with a soundtrack titled 80001PID by Tony Bontana and Francis himself. The soundscape reflects the dissonance of the visuals, exploring the social and political landscape of Post-Industrial Britain through the artist's life. Full Circle, inspired by the film and music, saw potential in the track for their label and remixed it. They also handed it to Ukrainian artist Shjva for her own take. The 12-inch release further embodies the project's collaborative nature and its resistance to being confined to a single representation.
The soundtrack to "Lost in Music: Post Industrial Dreamscape," a project by London photographer and filmmaker Jermaine Francis spanning film, zines, exhibitions and more. The music is a collaboration between Tony Bontana of Birmingham's Everything is perfect records and Jermaine Francis himself. A 12-inch from France's Full Circle, the label behind "Kicking Dust: The Goa Way (A Full Circle Compilation)," a comp of industrial, EBM and new beat inspired by early Goa trance.
