LA-based NAYA BEAT (Hindi for "new beat") — a label that keeps turning out meticulous, curiosity-piquing releases centered on reissues unearthing rare South Asian grooves from the 1980s–90s alongside forward-looking modern approaches for the next generation — returns with a new title: the remixes the label has been putting out digitally for years, finally pressed to wax as a long-awaited 12-inch analog release!!

Six floor-ready Hindi disco & house groove remixes: A1 "Pinky Ann Rihal, Turbotito, Ragz - Party Tonight (Turbotito & Ragz Rework)" (sample1), in which label founders Turbotito & Ragz give "Party Tonight" by Hindi new wave pioneer Pinky Ann Rihal a careful nu-disco rework that respects the spirit of the original; A2 "Kirti Anuraag, Daniel T. - Zindagi To Zindagi Hai (Daniel T. Rework)" (sample2), a 104 BPM slow-motion Balearic, refreshingly fusion-tinged synth disco remix; A3 "Ilaiyaraaja, Turbotito, Ragz - Aye Zindagi (Turbotito & Ragz Remix)" (sample3), a 99 BPM slow-motion electro beatdown disco remix by Turbotito & Ragz; B1 "R.D. Burman, JKriv - Birth Of Shiva (JKriv Extended Remix)" at 117 BPM, in which Razor-N-Tape label head and maverick JKriv turns Bollywood legend R.D. Burman's "Birth of Shiva" into an epic killer bhangra house remix; B2 "Pinky Ann Rihal, Turbotito, Ragz - Tere Liye (Turbotito & Ragz Rework)" at 113 BPM, a Hindi new wave nu-disco remix; and B3 "Asha Puthli, Black Devil Disco Club - Our Love Is Making Me Sing (Black Devil Disco Club Remix)" at 139 BPM, a previously unreleased, deliciously twisted dark cosmic disco remix by Bernard Fevre, aka Black Devil Disco Club, the legendary cult French producer and pioneer.
