A remix album CD from AKSAK MABOUL, the one-of-a-kind legendary avant-pop experimental group that released its first new work in 40 years in 2021! Vols. 1 & 2 collect the work of 15 artists who reinterpreted, deconstructed and rebuilt tracks from AKSAK MABOUL's latest album "Figures," along with its cover artwork. All 18 tracks are spread across two CDs, ranging from simple yet intelligent, unique and elegant remixes to experimental minimalist ambient reconstructions, dancefloor-ready remixes and cover versions.
