Cologne〜Dakar-based house communicator Viola Klein, who has close ties to Detroit and Senegal, releases her first LP on the Belgian label Meakusma. The new pack includes new tracks and his own re-edits to the mixes of his friends from all over the USA〜Germany〜Portugal〜Senegal, including Whodat, Kassem Mosse, Nídia, Sabar Ensemble, and Diop.

Based on last year's extended jazz house solo EP Confidant and a collaboration with Senegal's Sabar Ensemble Diop, who wields the traditional percussion instrument sabar, on the '20 split We with Julion De'Angelo, Detroit's Whodat, Leipzig's Kassem Mosse's deep house〜left field mix, a kuduro interpretation by Lisbon's Nídia, and a strong new interpretation of nbara by Sabar Ensemble Diop of Saint-Louis. A solo track includes a short piano piece and a field recording from Senegal, a new chapter of about 30 minutes of diverse moods intersecting. Be sure to check it out from the track listing.
