CAR CULTURE—the popular alias of PHYSICAL THERAPY, a Queens-based talent who crosses label and genre boundaries with projects like 〈UTTU〉 and 〈1080P〉—released this legendary album last year via 〈NAFF〉. It sold out before anyone could even comment on it, and now it’s finally being reissued! Tracks include “Rockland County,” which creates a dreamy harmony through a multi-layered structure that stacks broken guitar loops, humming, keyboards, and even samples; and “It Feels Great,” a track that draws you in from the intro with its collage-like combination of light percussion breakbeats, dub bass, and various samples.
