A wonderfully melancholic, one-of-a-kind house record with old-world romantic Spanish guitar pushed right up front! This new work from DANIEL MONACO — the bassist/keyboardist active in the disco scene via 〈RUSH HOUR〉, 〈SLOW MOTION〉, 〈ISLE OF JURA〉 and others — is a distinctive sound that slams flamenco head-on into house music. Out on 〈BORDELLO A PARIGI〉, the holy ground of contemporary synthesizer dance!

Deeply connected to Naples' "EARLY SOUNDS" while carving out a modern disco sound with a tropical touch, this is DANIEL MONACO's inventive sound-making at work! Featuring guitarist MANUEL RODRIGUEZ, "Sìnteme" (sample1) is flamenco house where Spanish guitar sobs with melancholy over the percussive drive of a drum machine — a sound like nothing else. Elsewhere, "Flamenca" (sample2) sets funk, house music and flamenco in a three-way clash over a smooth bassline. The soul of the Sierra Nevada in southern Spain and the warmth of Granada, converging with Italian house vibes into a truly singular sound! A track that'll be the highlight of your set.
