Vivien Goldman is a music journalist and writer who has been active since the 1970s, and has also been involved in the field of post-punk/UK dub as a vocalist for The Flying Lizards and New Age Steppers. She has collaborated with the German-based improv jam trio Cloud Management on this outer-national dub collaboration. The B-side features remixes by Time Cow (Equiknoxx), Feel Free Hi Fi, and Pat Orburn.

Cloud Management's improvisational and dubby electronics, derived from Krautrock〜DIY post-punk〜sound system culture, combine with Vivien Goldman's cool and quirky vocal style, which takes its starting point from early post-punk and UK dub experimentalism. The cool and quirky vocal style of Vivien Goldman, who takes her cue from early post-punk and UK dub experimentalism, is fused into a loose yet sophisticated and unique sound. The B-side features remixes of three artists at the forefront of dancehall, dub, and experimental electronic music. Time Cow, a core member of Kingston's Equiknoxx, strips away the looseness of the original and reworks it darkly with smoky bass and layered synths. Twin Cities unit Feel Free Hi Fi is a sound system spec with vintage synths and digital flutes. London's Pat Orburn is a curious floating finish between lo-fi pop and bossa nova-style minimal synths, with a subtractive effect. A unique, scrupulous collaboration.
