One of the standout tracks on this EP, A2 “M.O.B.S.O.T” (sample 1) fully showcases UKG grooves and a powerful, solid dancehall-grime vibe, B1 “City Dweller” (sample 2), a mid-tempo 4/4 track where the pulsating, undulating sub-bass and layered sound design unfold in a minimalist yet smooth, gritty, and swaggy manner; B2 “Gawy” (sample 3), which pulsates with hardcore bass breaks—what you might call “sound system swag techno”; and the title track A1 “Carl’s Floorboard,” where distorted bass and grime-infused gaps build the rhythm, is also incredibly cool. *Please note that the jacket has a crack along the spine from the time of arrival, so we are offering it at a discounted price.
