Under the alias Mr. YT, he has released works on 〈GLOBAL CUTS〉 and 〈APPOLO〉, both part of the prestigious 〈R&S〉 label, and his tracks under the MISSING PROJECT moniker have been featured on 『Music From Memory Virtual Dreams II』. Now, Yuji Takenouchi—a musician who also enjoys cult status as a video game composer—releases his long-awaited new EP. Featuring a powerful, bouncy groove layered over crystal-clear, echoing synthesizers, this masterpiece of ambient techno— "Acuario" (sample 1) leads the way, followed by four tracks that reflect a fusion of genres ranging from classic Detroit techno to jazz and fusion, as well as original, story-driven compositions.
