DJFIX — one of the ringleaders of 〈EARTH DOG〉, carving out a psychedelic corner of the Brooklyn underground alongside the likes of EKKEL and PLETNEV, and increasingly active as a producer — lands on 〈CRAIGIE KNOWES〉! There's "The Dial (ft. Gbar)" (sample1), where trippy synthesis gradually sparks over Latin percussive drums, "Twin" (sample2) with its dreamlike melodic scapes, and the slightly different-flavored "Animals as Teachers" (sample3), a half-time acid stomper for the leftfield crowd.
