A special full-length album from 〈THE COMFORT〉, a label that has completely captivated collectors with its reissue work—so compelling it makes your mouth water—and whose releases are consistently of the highest caliber! Utilizing neon-hued synthesizers, deep, thumping bass, and sharp, piercing drum hits, they seamlessly traverse a wide range of genres—from trendy electro to acid techno and body music—with a distinctive flair. Just when you think they’ve showcased cybernetic psychedelia in the mutant electro track “Meter Tired,” they generate powerful momentum in “Desolated Delay.” With meticulously crafted sound design that incorporates solid melodies, this is a work that operates on a whole different level from so-called “electro.” The first pressing sold out before I could even write this review—and I can’t blame anyone. This is a must-have. (Original Japanese text by Akie)
