XTAL—who has been actively releasing music through collaborations with Traks Boys, (((Saround))), and a unit featuring Naruto Yoshizawa (YOUR SONG IS GOOD)—is finally releasing their highly anticipated new 12-inch record on Mule Musiq!! This highly anticipated release explores the fine line between experimental electronic and electronica sounds and the functionality of club music and dancefloor tracks!!! We highly recommend it.
Track List
Xtal’s signature shoegaze-inspired electronic sensibility and experimental electronica-ambient vibe, combined with complex arpeggios, minimalist rhythm patterns, and a melancholic, dreamy melodic sensibility, hypnotic atmospheres, and meticulous, delicate sound design, all come together to create a smooth, unhurried, dreamlike unfolding of tech house and deep house.
