Produced as a soundtrack to "Six Et Demi Onze," the silent film directed by JEAN EPSTEIN (a tragic romance about two brothers who fall in love with the same woman). The minimal setup of just a laptop and a portable recorder heightens a sense of enclosure and confinement, resulting in an introspective ambient/industrial work portraying the protagonist's inner state. The first half of the album is static ambient built from delicately shifting choral textures and synthesizers. As if tracking the protagonist's emotions, the latter half turns to industrial drone laced with uneasy noise and distortion. (Original Japanese text by Akie)
