Since their 2012 release, this soul/funk band had been operating under the name The Jive Turkeys. Here, material recorded back when they were still Tee See Connection has been dug up and pressed to 7-inch. Joining them is labelmate Leroi Conroy, a producer known for his boom-bap jazz-funk tracks. A double-sider pairing "Skyline Chili Churner," an organ burner driven by funky bass and breakbeat-style drums, with "Queen City," built on hard-hitting drums and smooth Rhodes.
