Centered on bossa nova and Brazilian music, it draws on the Brazilian musical revolution of the Tropicália movement while also reflecting the cutting-edge influences of the time, such as post-Beatles psychedelic rock, American pop, and jazz. It features arrangements by guitarist Geraldo Vespar and orchestral arrangements by Orlando Silveira, and the mixing is simply phenomenal. The vocals and each instrumental performance are outstanding. It’s fantastic entertainment.
