Inna Heavy Dub Encounter [Green Sleeve Repress]
sozialistischerplattenbau - Cat No: SPB12050RP2
- updated:2026-06-06
We’re thrilled to announce the reissue of a unique dub masterpiece released in 2024 by the genius dub artist Prince Istari from Hamburg, Germany. This album is themed around Eric Satie, the musical maverick and composer famous for “Gymnopédie” who was active in Paris in the late 19th century! This reissue is limited to just 200 copies with a Green Sleeves jacket. The first pressing sold out in the blink of an eye and has since become hard to find, so if you’re interested, don’t miss this opportunity.
Track List

An 8-track album that seems to carefully weave together memories of his mother, drifting and wandering between classical-contemporary, reggae & dub, minimalism, electronic music, and ambient sounds. Exquisite timing. The album’s closing track, B5 “Gnossine,” is an avant-garde jungle track that incorporates distorted recording material of his mother performing Satie’s “Gnossine.”
German electronic musician and genius F. K. Raeithel—a unique study in electronic rhythms and sounds created using a Buchler and a transistor mallet—was also an intriguing and excellent release, put out by the distinctive Hamburg-based artist on his own label, sozialistischerplattenbau.
