The project began in the wake of a sudden health scare in 2024. For this album, the tight-knit creative community he's built in Richmond, Virginia gathered in the studio, resulting in a record centered on healing, recovery, renewal, and cherishing the present moment.
Deeply rooted in Richmond and drawing inspiration from family, "ElectroSoul" unfolds as a genre-spanning sound full of warmth, conviction, and groove. Soul, jazz, R&B, and hip-hop merge organically on a record that captures exactly where DJ Harrison stands today.
