Volume two follows the first with another loaded set of top-shelf grooves: "Ecology" (sample_1), the only single ever released, in 1972, by Anubis, the band led by Bobby Hamilton of the jazz-funk rare groove pinnacle 'Dream Queen' (not included on the digital or CD editions!); "Merry Go Round" by Virginia high school band THE EQUATICS, familiar from 〈Now Again〉's excavations; and the popular gospel disco cut "Awake O Zion" by Elbernita "Twinkie" Clark, also reissued on 〈Athens Of The North〉.
