Seaweed Rhythms Vol.II
Seaweed Rhythm - Cat No: SEAWEED008
- updated:2026-09-21
Priku, Iuly.B, and Andu Simion from Romania. A four-artist compilation released by the label Kalkyl & Zlene. Following in the footsteps of Thomas Brinkmann and DR ROCKIT, “ROMINIMAL” is presumably meant to signify “Romanian minimal”—it’s unique. (Saito)
Track List
Seaweed Rhythms Vol.2 brings another deep dive into forward-thinking club music, this time with a rominimal touch, inviting Priku, Iuly.b, Andu Simion and Kalkyl & Zlene.
A1 sees Priku in full swing with Saturn — a high-energy roller.
A2 flips things sideways as Kalkyl & Zlene deliver Epson Ink, a proper club popper built from old printer and scanner sounds.
On the B side, Andu Simion cleans it up with Time after time — deep and hypnotic.
B2 closes it out with Iuly.B’s Diving Deep, an adventurous trip through sound.
