アルゼンチン生まれ、アメリカ在住の音楽家Forastero。いわゆる移民の立場ですが、そのアーティスト名もフォルクローレの用語で”トルバドゥール（吟遊詩人）”の意味を持つ、アメリカでもアルゼンチンでもない疎外感が国境を超えた帰属意識を芽生えさせたという。その点はまさに、”a record label without owners for music without borders.”のコンセプトのShika Shikaからのリリースというわけです。
