Jazz Fiction is about perception - about the thin line between what is played and what is imagined. Rooted in the language of Jazz yet reaching far beyond it, the album explores a central idea: that music does not simply exist - it constructs realities.
And begins with a simple truth: Jazz is one of the most real approaches to music. And yet, within that reality lies imagination - the ability to construct, reshape, and experience worlds through sound. Creation here is improvisation. In the moment. A temporary, spontaneous story that exists only as it unfolds.
This album follows that principle. Each track is not fixed, but alive - forming and dissolving as it moves forward.
Each piece unfolds like a fragment of a story that was never written, only felt.
The journey opens with Echo Outward - signals extending into space, gestures that seem to continue beyond their own sound. Notes don't end; they project, leaving traces in an imagined distance.
With Drift Within, the motion turns inward. Time loosens, structure softens. The listener is drawn into an internal landscape where rhythm becomes sensation rather than measure.
In Merge States, boundaries dissolve - between harmony and noise, intention and accident, self and sound. What once felt separate begins to coexist in a shared field.
Expand Endlessly pushes this state further. Motifs stretch beyond form, improvisation becomes environment. There is no center anymore - only continuous unfolding.
Then comes Loop Infinity - a quiet paradox. Repetition that does not repeat, cycles that never resolve. Time folds into itself, creating the illusion of permanence within motion.
With Unfold Layers, hidden dimensions emerge. Textures reveal themselves gradually, as if the music had always been there - just waiting to be perceived.
Become Sound marks the point of complete immersion. The distance between listener and music collapses. There is no observer left - only vibration, only presence.
And finally, Transcend Form releases everything. Structure fades, identity dissolves, and what remains is pure possibility - open, undefined, infinite.
Jazz Fiction draws from the improvisational spirit, yet it recontextualizes that legacy into something more fluid, more abstract. It treats jazz not as a fixed tradition, but as a method of imagining - a way to create worlds in real time.
