Rude Audio have been producing dance music from the dubby, Balearic end of the spectrum for the last 10 years, which up until his sad passing was championed by Andrew Weatherall and played by him regularly in clubs and on his Music's Not For Everyone radio shows on NTS. The outfit's music has also been supported by Don Letts on Radio 6 and other respected underground DJs, like Justin Robertson, Laurent Garnier, Coldcut and Al MacKenzie
Rude Audio's Railton Ruckus EP features 4 Balearic House tunes, 2 of which are remixes. 1 of the remixes features the return of Hugo 'Screamadelica' Nicolson to remixing duties for the first time since the early 90s. The other remix is by feted underground producers, Bedford Falls Players
Support is coming in from the cream of the UK electronic underground. Sasha and Digweed have downloaded it, Sasha says it's "very cool". The Horse Meat Disco gents are loving it, Jim Stanton is saying "All of them totally out there love it". Jaye Ward is saying "Excellent all round. Ace Ace remixes"
Radio play and support has kicked in. Danny Briottet from Renegade Soundwave is playing it on Soho Radio, Ross Allen on NTS and Will Nichol doing same on Totally Wired. It's also on air globally, from New York, via Mexico, to the Ukraine and Russia
