The ''Halmstad'' EP is the first release of Jonas Woehl at the Berlin label WHATIPLAY. One could describe both techhouse tracks ''Halmstad'' and ''Linkoeping'' as minimalistically reduced, rough and edged. The EP is brought down to a round figure by the wonderful remixes of FUTURE PROOF (''Halmstad'') and Stefan Biniak (''Linkoeping''). If the two Swedish cities contain filthy techno clubs is questionable, but the tracks are definitely made for those!
