Lantern are an hardcore punk band born in Rimini in the summer of 2010, forever at the cutting edge of the genre in Italy. Eleven years after their foundation, in the summer of 2021, they lock themselves for a week inside Villa Scorpioni: an old farmhouse in the hills of Montalbano, to develop a science fiction record - returning to Romagna, the land of their past, to write a record about the future. Exploring a world of mosquitoes, brushwood, olive trees, old farm machinery, memories and scorpions. "Cadetto Lin non ferma su Marte" is the first single of this forthcoming record, "M.U.S.A.": a five track album that explores a future where memories can be archived, safeguarded and capitalized.
