Japanese composer Teruyuki Kurihara's new album 'Parallel' is an experimental, electronic mix of noise, ambient, drone, and techno.
The title of the album, "Parallel", comes from the phrase "parallel world" in the story of a film.
The album 'Parallel' expresses the two parallel worlds depicted in the film and the different time axes that flow through them, through sound.
Noise is created through effects on synths, drum machines, and guitars, heavy bass from sine waves that seem to go deep into the earth, and abstract melody lines coexist on a total of 13 tracks.
When you finish listening to the whole album, you will see a new world where different time frames come together.
