St. Petersburg-born Cologne-based producer & DJ Etane makes his debut on the ODD Pleasures. He is the head of the Intertrax music community & co-curator of the Oberwave community. Etane presents 'Tōru', a new EP that serves as a profound dialogue between electronic music and avant-garde art. By integrating fragments of various art forms, Etane merges two distinct worlds into a singular immersive experience. Opening up with EP's self-titled track Ai 'Tōru', Etane presents an obscure landscape with hints of italo and techno. Where well rounded lower tones meet excited percussion and organic vocal pads merge with tripped out arpeggios. A fresh and perfectly balanced blend that showcases his signature sound from the very beginning.
