DIL⅃ stands for processed free improv in the duo of Andreas Lettner & Georg Vogel, constisting of drumset and keyboards. The soundcomputer died after the session, that is why all improvised and partly aleatory generated sonic parts were then reconstructed and out of the fully unpredetermined musical meeting developed a new dynamic map for a new and fresh improvisatory performance. In a process of a highly improvisation based way of studio producing the initial repetitive story then was completed by additional parts like the highly contrastive piano solo at the end.


„Dieses Stück ist ein Spiegelbild der besonderen musikalischen Verbindung, die ich mit Georg erlebe. Unsere gemeinsamen Wurzeln im Jazz bzw meine starken Einflüsse aus dem Hip-Hop - die Liebe zu J Dilla, Hi-Tek, fließen hier auf ganz natürliche Weise zusammen. Was ursprünglich als freie Improvisation entstand, hat für uns so perfekt gepasst, dass wir es in seiner ursprünglichen Form belassen haben – unverändert in Komposition und Arrangement. Zum Schluss hat Georg noch ein kontrastreiches (Georgs words) Klaviersolo hinzugefügt.
