Second Storey, through a string of hard-hitting EPs since 2014, is known for his dark and explorational style, so a release on Nervous Horizon seems a perfect match. Tight production and a distressed sound, Spin Cycle sees Second Storey play with twisted tech samples and obscure, distressed drum patterns, to create a collection of tracks that defy genre, but still sound crisp and blunt.
