Clarence "Sir Guy" Barron got his start with a group called The Visions. He released his debut 45 on the S.P.Q.R. Label in 1967. The years that followed brought forth some genuine masterpieces, including the single Sir Guy remains best known for, "Funky Virginia". We highly recommend the album "The Story of Lenis Guess" which contains many more tracks by Sir Guy, including "Let Home Cross Your Mind", "I Need You Baby", "For All You Have Been" and many more!
