Having first started life as a audio-visual project with long standing collaborator and artist David Cox (the man also responsible fantastic artwork for his debust album "Shake A Leg"), Mr Benn has lovingly recreated one of his favourite songs - the classic "Stars" by reggae legend Cornell Campbell.
To bring the tune into 2014 he has linked up with a handful of regular collaborators to voice this timeless track, kicking off with Eva Lazarus who gives us a sweet soulful rendition of the original. Next up, Blackout JA delivers a brutally honest and scathing account of corruption, whilst veretan MC Champian takes it back to the lovers roots with his "Everytime", plus the instrumental version.
