Waz-u channels influences from Billie Eilish to Ólafur Arnalds, with new collaboration ‘Vermillion’ with unreleased alt r&b artist Lilyg. Lilyg’s delicate vocal tones and rich harmonies are overlaid with a rich soundtrack of piano, ambient noise and delicate synthesizer work.

Lilyg: “I basically used the colour vermillion as a symbol for that feeling and imagined everything taking on that colour, I thought the production makes it sound like the track was spreading and getting deeper and more urgent.”
