Lixo is the production alias of Alex Hislop, founder of the influential London party collective, GETME!. With a back catalogue already spanning 20 records — including key releases from the likes of Lil Jabba, Trim, Slime, Becoming Real and Dam Mantle — and appearances on Rinse FM, NTS, Radar, Balamii and 1Xtra, over the past 16 years GETME! has established itself at the heart of London's progressive music scene.
Lixo's previous EPs and singles and releases have garnered support from radio heavyweights Benji B, Mary Anne Hobbs, Toddla T, Huw Stephens and Jamz Supernova. Lixo also creates bespoke composition and sound design and has worked with MIU MIU, Alexander McQueen, Lanvin, Cav Empt and Nike.
