From the off, Grill is in uncompromising form, hurtling into the scintillating grime loops, delirious hardcore tempo and pure techno brutalism of the title track. It's a far cry from the beguiling leftfield synth pop of his 2023 album 'Swimming in Honey' - bringing to mind the wired free techno rush of Conrad Pack and Leeway - but still sounds remarkably like Grill.
